IIData We Hold

Order data: name, addresses, email, phone, items bought, payment confirmation. Card numbers are handled entirely by our payment provider. Browsing data: IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, cookie identifiers. Correspondence: anything you send us by email, including photos for returns.

IVRecipients

Our e-commerce platform, payment processors, fulfilment and delivery partners, email and support tools, and — with consent — analytics and advertising services. Each processes data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

VTransfers Abroad

Our fulfilment partners in Asia receive your name and delivery address in order to ship your order. Other providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. All such transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

VIRetention

Order and invoice records: six years. Support correspondence: two years after closure. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics cookies: no more than 13 months.

VIICookies

Strictly necessary cookies run the site and your basket. Everything else — analytics, advertising — loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time through your browser or the cookie link in the footer.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent — email contact@lorven.com and we'll respond within a month. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your EU supervisory authority.

Data is protected by encrypted connections, restricted access and vetted providers. We may revise this policy; the effective date above identifies the current version.
