IIFrom Order to Dispatch

We process orders within 1–3 working days. Parcels leave our partner warehouses in Asia via the Cainiao logistics network and are handed to a local carrier for the final leg. A tracking link is emailed to you at dispatch.

IIITracking and Late Parcels

Allow 24–48 hours for the first tracking scan. Bank holidays, seasonal peaks and customs checks can add a few days. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after the estimate, email us — we'll chase the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, replace or refund.

IVImport Charges

UK orders include VAT. Orders to the EU and Switzerland may incur local import VAT, duty or carrier handling fees before delivery. These are set by the destination country, are paid by the recipient, and are not collected by Lorven.

VHow to Pay

Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is taken in pounds sterling at checkout; your bank may convert at its own rate. All card processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers — we never store card numbers.
